Zombie Plague Card Deck Optimizer
As an aid to those who add onto and otherwise modify the original card deck, I've created a simple tool to help you balance your deck. Having a balanced deck is important to maintaining fair gameplay between the Zombie player(s) and the Human player(s). The Optimizer assumes that the original game deck was balanced for the best play, and so you should try to stay as close to those settings as possible. However, if you have a custom deck that you feel works best, you can use that as a guideline by entering it's characteristics below, and still use the Optimizer to make new decks based on your original deck's results.
The Meter below has two indicators. The Zombie Hand indicates the ratio of Human-Aiding cards to Zombie-Aiding cards. The blue tick mark is the ratio from the original game deck. The Chainsaw indicates the ratio of weapon cards to all non-weapon cards (including Zombie-Aiding cards). The black tick mark is the ratio from the original game deck. In the case of both pointers, movement to the left indicates more Zombie aid and to the right indicates more Human aid.
There are 3 selection boxes below the Meter. Click on these to change the number of cards for each of the 3 types of cards. After changing the numbers, click on the Update button to view your changes on the Meter. The Reset button will change the boxes back to the original game settings.
