Prices vary greatly and are dependent on the size, location and condition of the barn as well as the process to transport it.   Our quoted price typically will include: the frame all tagged, a set of blueprints for reconstruction and the frame loaded on the customer's trailer.

Log Cabin  This hand hewn log barn is a combination of pine and oak logs. It's approximately 18 ft x 24 ft with dove tailed corners and is a story and a half. All floor joists are in good and usable condition. Average minimum log size is 8"x6". There is only the cut out for the door in the front. Ceiling height is approximately 6 1/2 feet. Pictures of the hand hewn barn with and without chink are included.

       

   

 

Wisconsin Kewanee Barn.  This barn is in immaculate condition - definitely ONE OF A KIND.  It's a 36x56 hand hewn pine barn frame with 10x11 timbers, UNSPLICED 56 foot long wall plates, 15ft 7 in sidewalls, is 28 ft floor to peak and has 3 bays: 18' 5", 15' 6" and 18' 5".  It also has pole rafters in perfect condition.

   

The Garny Barn.  The Garny barn is a 36x36 hand-hewn, pine-mix barn with 14ft sidewalls and 24ft from floor to peak.  It’s disassembled, tagged and blueprinted.  It includes the frame and rafters for $16,200 or $12.50 sq ft.  This barn would make a great barn, workshop or cabin and can accommodate a complete second floor.  The first photo shows the original structure. 

 

St. Olaf (Iowa) Barn - The St. Olaf (Iowa) Barn is a 32' x 32' rough sawn barn frame in excellent condition - very clean. It has 6' x 8' timbers with 14' sidewalls. The bays are 8' 6" .  

   
  
         

New Manchester Barn – The New Manchester Barn is a 40x51 rough sawn barn frame that can accommodate 3 floors.  It has 3 bays with 8x8 timbers and 19 ft sidewalls.  Its 27 ft from floor to peak and is in excellent, excellent condition. SOLD New Iowa Barn  The New Iowa barn is a 30 ft x 63 ft Pine Barn Frame in PERFECT condition.  It has 5 bays - 7, 13, 15, 12, and 14 ft.  Sidewalls are 13 ft., and 25 ft. from floor to peak.  Beams are 6 x 8, and 8 x 8 timbers, and 11' 3" from the top of the tie beam to the floor.  No repair work needed; this is an excellent barn frame.

SOLD 5 Barn Barn - This is a 30x40 hand hewn pine barn frame with 10x10 and 10x11 timbers and 3 bays.  From floor to peak is 26 ft with 2x6 rafters 20 feet long (1 piece).  Sidewalls are 14'2" and 16 from loft floor to the peak of the roof.  This barn is in excellent condition.

SOLDNew Ossian Barn.  This barn is a 36x63 rough sawn pine barn with 8x8 timbers and 3 bays: 23 ft, 16 ft and 24ft wide. Wall height is 15ft and its 31ft from floor to the peak. It also has 2x4 rafters.  This barn is in very good condition.

 This barn and granary is a 30x50 rough sawn pine barn with 10x10 and 10x12 timrers and is in PERFECT condition.  It has 2 bays, the sidewalls are 15 ft and floor to peak is 24 ft.  It has 2 lofts and some of the prettiest boards we've ever come across.  This barn would make a great house conversion or cabin.

SOLDCarson Barn - The Carson barn is a 30 x 48 rough sawn Pine Barn Frame with 6 x 8 timbers.  It has 4 bays - 12, 12, 12 and 12 feet.  The sidewalls are 15' 4". The top of the tie beam is 13' 4".  From the floor to the peak is 25 ft.  The rafters are 28 ft long 2 x 4s.  The barn is in excellent shape.

SOLDMaier Barn - The Maier barn is an 40 x 112 foot pine and oak timber frame barn. The original barn was a 70 x 40 made out of rough sawn pine and was added onto with a 3-bay, 40 x 42 oak addition in the early 1900’s. This barn is in excellent condition, it has 38 foot 8 x 10 timbers that are one piece without a splice.  The rest of the posts are 8 x 8’s. It has 8 bays and 17 foot sidewalls. The 2 x 6 rafters are 26 foot long and are all one piece. The top sill plate and upper plates are 8 x 8. The floor to the top of the peak measures 32 foot. All the tie beams match up so you can get a complete second floor across the entire building.  I will consider dividing this barn into two smaller barns if it would fit your needs better. This barn is in extremely good condition and would make a beautiful house or even commercial building.

Manitowaco Barn 1 - The Manitowaco barn #1 is a 36 x 52 hand hewn pine barn frame with 10 x 12 and 12 x 14 timbers - ONE OF A KIND!  It has 3 bays - 20', 19' and 19' 14".  The sidewalls are 15' 2". It is 28 feet from the floor to the peak.
       
       

Manitowaco Barn 2 -The Manitowaco barn #2 is a 36 x 54 hand hewn pine barn frame with 10 x 12 and 12 x 12 timbers.  It has 16 foot sidewalls and 3 bays - 20, 14 and 20 feet and is 33 feet from the floor to the peak.
