All horses coming to Goshawk Farm will need:
1. Negative coggins test for the current year
2. Immunization record
3. Up to date worming schedule
4. Health Certificate if horse is coming from out of state
Goshawk Farm will provide shavings and hay for horses that are coming for a short term stay. Grain should be provided by the owner as all horses have different dietary requirements.
All riders 18 years and under are required to wear approved helmets while mounted. It is strongly suggested that adults also wear helmets while mounted.
A Release Form must be signed by all riders at Goshawk Farm. If a rider is under the age of 18, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
